Ministry of Corporate Affairs has prepared Draft National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (Recruitment, Salary and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Rules, 2018 and Draft National Company Law Tribunal (Recruitment, Salary and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Rules, 2018. Comments, suggestions, etc. on the Draft Rules are invited from all stakeholders for consideration by the Ministry.

Ministry of Corporate Affairs, on behalf of the Central Government, has issued a Draft Order on amalgamation of National Spot Exchange Limited with Financial Technologies (India) Limited under Section 396 of the Companies Act, 1956 on 21-10-2014.
