          S.O. 1098(E).- In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Company Affairs) vide S.O. 715(E) dated 19^th June, 2003 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (ii) dated 19^th June, 2003, -  (a) in serial number ( 1 ) for "( i )"  read "( l )";

 

             (b) in serial numbers (1) and (24) for "clause" read "clauses".
