          S.O. 1198 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (3) of Section 7 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby establishes, with effect from 14^th October, 2003, the Competition Commission of India having its head office at New Delhi.
